Time Limit
You are allowed a maximum of one year from the date of registration to finish the final exam for a course. If you should fail, you can take a second exam at no cost within the one year period.
Cancellations
If you do not use a course within two month's of the original purchase date, you will be given a refund less $20.00 for service. If paid by credit card, your account will be credited and a copy of the credit will be emailed to you if requested. Between two months and twelve months there will be no cash refunds for unused courses.
